I spent 17 years in the US Army and what makes our Army the best in the world is not just our weapons, but our Leaders.
A Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) or a Sergeant is the Backbone of the Army, without them no mission will be accomplished correctly.
Look what they must do:
1. Lead by Example
2. Train to Lead, Lead to Train
3. Know, Be and Do
